About the role:
Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Services you will play a critical role in providing clinical direction and support to the after hours team and our Support Workers with medication, service delivery issues as well as facilitate action required for organisational issues which may arise. You will educate, provide guidance, training to Support Workers and show commitment to best practice and clinical excellence whilst ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care.

We require flexible availability as you will be employed part time (12 hours per fortnight) and alternating Saturdays and Sundays. The position also requires an on call presence every second week.

RN Grade 3 Community Palliative Care Nurse
Part time 24 hrs per week

CHCB Community Palliative Care Service provides multidisciplinary care to patients and their families in the community setting.
We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to be part of our Community Palliative Care Service with the skills and qualities to assist in the organization and coordination in delivery of care.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Expert assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team

Essential Requirements
- RN with at least 5 years post graduate experience
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence

Preferred Qualifications
- Broad range of clinical experience in Palliative care
- Post Graduate qualifications
- Experience in a senior nursing position

Skills Required:
- Ability to manage resources and time
- Computer Literate
- Understanding of risk management, occupational health and safety and quality management.

CLINICAL NURSE COORDINATOR (0.8 EFT)
GRADE 4B, RN
COMMUNITY PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICE

CHCB Community Palliative Care Service provides multidisciplinary care to patients and their families in the community setting.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Registered Nurse with demonstrated leadership, exceptional triage abilities, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands effectively; to be clinical Nurse Coordinator within the Community Palliative Care Service. The ideal candidate will have a specific interest in person centred care and evidence based practice. The Community Palliative Care Service (CPCS) is comprised of our nursing, medical and allied health community visiting service, medical and nursing clinics, palliative care day centre, and supporting the CHCB access and intake unit in processing CPCS referrals and planning for patient care.

The Nurse Coordinator in collaboration with the CPCS Manager will support the operational management of the service including: staff recruitment and rostering, professional development and staff performance, maintaining best practice clinical standards, monitoring of nursing clinical competencies and continuous improvement activities in accordance with the organisational strategic plan and directives

Essential Requirements:
- RN with at least 5 years post graduate experience
- Post Graduate qualifications

Calvary Health Care Bethlehem is seeking a Director of Mission to be part of the Executive team.

The Director of Mission will provide executive leadership in promoting the mission and core values of Calvary Health Care Bethlehem. His/her leadership will both shape and support the strategic goals of the organisation and the integration of the elements of Catholic identity and Calvary mission into organisational operations.

The role will report to the Chief Executive Officer. You will be supported by, and contribute to, the National Director of Mission, Calvary Director of Mission Committee and the strategic development of mission integration throughout Calvary.

To be successful in this role you will be well formed in the Catholic Tradition and committed to the mission and values of Calvary and its heritage. You will have sound knowledge of the principles of Catholic health care and Catholic theology and experience in one or more of the following areas: ethics, counselling, adult education, mission integration, health services or other not-for-profit management. Integrity, professionalism, outstanding communication skills and the ability to provide leadership at all levels of the Service is essential.
